TeleTrack/2005, is the Companies Unified Billing & Provisioning Platform that allows participating Telco team members to facilitate customer requests, capture customer information, and follow the steps determined by the unique VokeTel process to provision a customer for both voice and data services, and track its progress. Through TeleTrack, telecom end users will have the ability to place their orders for services (Self Provisioning) and to view their bills online and our customer management teams can view the overall business progress using data-analysis tools.
